Join our team as a Cúram Technical Architect to lead solution development and provide architectural support for enterprise systems. With 10+ years of Cúram experience, you'll drive technical solutioning, development, and project leadership. You'll engage with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, manage risks, and present solutions. Additionally, you'll support CI/CD DevOps pipelines and infrastructure needs, including WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, and cloud technologies. Operating in a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality system implementations. Ideal for professionals with deep Cúram expertise and strong technical and project management skills.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Hybrid Work Arrangement: FFS will need to work at 5700 Yonge for 2-3 days per week.

 

Cúram Technical Skills and Knowledge - 70%

·        Curam knowledge and experience (10+ years)

·        Curam development

·        Technical architectural support

·        Technical solutioning and support for project/tech leads

 

Business Requirements and Project Management Skill – 15%

·       Project Management Skills ( i.e. effort estimation, project plan, risk/issue management, solutions presentation, etc)

·       Business and end-user engagement

·      Business requirement analysis, options analysis and recommendation

 

CI/CD DevOps and Infrastructure - 15%

·        Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines

·        Technical experience with infrastructure and operational needs for development teams i.e. (WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, Cloud support)
